Thai Foot Massage
works the lower legs and feet with stretching and compression to "open" energy lines. A stick is used to stimulate the reflex points on the feet, which correspond to the internal organs of the body, thus resulting in general health and well being. Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine are incorporated in this treatment and it is said to have originated over 2000 years ago in Thailand. Includes a foot spa and is wonderful for runners and athletes.

Hopi Ear Candles and Sinus massage
Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy - is an ancient therapy practised by the Hopi Indians of North Arizona, USA. Also used by the Egyptians, Aztecs, and Siberians. A specially designed hollow bee’s wax candle is inserted into the ear canal - it is lit and also suction draws out some impurities from the ear. There is also a sinus draining massage and it can help Clients as herbal vapours can soothe irritated areas of the outer ear, the heat and massage can stimulated blood flow and can strengthen lymph glands. It can benefit certain conditions - including compacted wax, rhinitis, glue ear, tinnitus and stress amongst others. You may though need to consult your GP before treatment - a full consultation will take place to understand your needs and verify if you need GP's consent.

 
Aromatherapy Massage
Aroma Oils can help to promote emotional well being and good health. Each oil has different therapeutic properties and oils can be chosen and blended especially to meet your needs. Benefits can include: Relief of stress and tension, a feeling of deep relaxation, stimulation of immune system, a calmer mind, improved blood and lymph circulation and increased energy levels etc. Full Body Massage takes 1 hour and Back massage takes half hour. Allow 20 minutes extra for your first consultation which is free.

Spiritual Counselling
Some guidance can be given for those who want to develop a spiritual path including some basic guidelines. Allow 1 hour.
 
Revitalising Face and Scalp Massage
Includes cleanse, exfoliating cleanse and tone, plus moisturise with Aloe Vera natural products and a Marine Face pack which includes sea salts and natural minerals. An arms and feet massage can be given whilst the face pack dries. Allow 40 minutes or more. The benefits include a greatly stimulated skin, detoxing of the skin, including exfoliation. Leaves your face and scalp revitalised and refreshed! Very relaxing and induces calmness and feeling of well-being.
 
Exfoliating and Detoxing Body Polish
A cellulite busting exfoliating full body brush followed by a wash with diluted organic honey in warm water and a final smother with a lovely oil detox aromatherapy oil.

The oil is especially blended for detoxing. Benefits include detoxing the body, exfoliating dead skin cells which is highly beneficial as makes application of tanning products easier. The products can be absorbed more easily when dead skin cells are out of the way. Very calming and relaxing treatment which leaves the clients very chilled out!
